• Nomination is open to all property companies in the Asia Pacific region.

• Each company may nominate up to 4 categories only.

• Each nomination form is valid for 1 entry only. If you are nominating for several categories, please submit separate nomination forms.

• A panel of chosen industry experts will evaluate and rate each nomination based on the write-up and supporting documents submitted.

• Deadline for submission of entries is on 15 March 2024.

• Nomination is free of charge. But should you win, you will be obliged to take up any of the winners packages and attend the awards dinner.

Eligible participants include real estate developers, industry leaders, and projects that have demonstrated excellence, innovation, and significant contributions to the real estate landscape in the region

Project Timeline:.

• Completed Projects: Include developments or initiatives that were launched and successfully concluded between 2023 and 2024.
• Ongoing Projects: Encompass developments currently in progress with an expected completion date on or before 2026.
• Successful Initiatives: Any impactful projects or initiatives, whether fully or partially launched, within the last 24 months are also eligible for consideration.

For the CEO of the Year category:

• Achievements - What remarkable milestones has the company achieved under the CEO's leadership?

• Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the CEO encountered in moving the company forward? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?

• Innovation - What are the unique and innovative initiatives that the CEO introduced to substantially boost the company's business?

For the Development categories

• Achievements - What are the remarkable milestones that the development has achieved or is targeting to achieve?

• Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the developer encountered facilitating the project? What solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges. How will the developer be able to navigate through industry and company challenges?

• Innovation - What are the unique innovations of the development? How is it different from other developments in the country?

For the Developer of the Year

• Achievements - What are the remarkable milestones that the company recently achieved?
• Challenges & Solutions - What are the biggest challenges that the company encountered and what solutions were implemented to overcome these challenges?
• Innovation - What are the unique innovations that the company introduced to substantially boost the its business?

For categories under Project/Initiative awards:

• Uniqueness & Innovation - Has the project/initiative introduced new or cutting-edge innovation?

• Effectiveness & Impact - Did the project/initiative achieve its objectives and targets? What measures have been used to assess its success? What was the impact to your company and industry?

• Dynamism - Is the project/initiative t flexible to changes and progressive opportunities?

2. Read the award entry guidelines and eligibility for your reference.
3. Fill out the company information and entrant details fields.
4. Choose the category you'd like to enter.
5. Provide project information: Project title, 500-word summary of the entry, and client testimonial/s (if any).
6. You will then receive an email confirmation from the REA Awards organisers after your nomination has been received.
7. To substantiate your entry, send supporting documents or photos to [email protected].

   • For supporting videos, Youtube.com or Vimeo.com links must be provided.
