Recognising these advancements, the stage is set for two of Asia's most prestigious awards programmes, the Real Estate Asia Awards and Real Estate Asia Built Environment Awards. Returning in 2026, the awards programmes will honour the remarkable projects and innovations that continue to shape the industries across the region.

These distinguished awards celebrate exceptional companies, projects, and professionals redefining excellence across real estate, construction, architecture, and interior design. They acknowledge those who push the limits of innovation, champion sustainability, and make a lasting impact on their communities, reflecting the creativity, resilience, and transformative leadership that define excellence.

Amongst the winners of last year's Real Estate Asia Awards was Henderson Land Development Company Limited, which took home the Developer of the Year - Hong Kong and Luxury Residential Development of the Year - Hong Kong accolades for leading Hong Kong’s green transformation with over HK$50b in green finance and for redefining luxury living through its Italian-inspired 8 Castle Road development.
