Kuala Lumpur office rents to dip in 2026

This is due to an influx of new supply.

According to a Cushman and Wakefield report, Kuala Lumpur office rents are forecast to grow 1% y-o-y in 2025, with continued demand for premium and sustainable office space.

“Office rents may dip slightly in 2026 due to an influx of new supply. Rent growth is expected to return to positive territory in 2027 at 0.3%,” the report said.
