Alex Leung
Alex Leung is the Chief Surveyor of CHFT Advisory and Appraisal Limited and member of HKIS and RICS. He worked in a Fortune 500 real estate consulting firm for 20 years and was the head of Hong Kong Valuation Team since January 2012 until he left the company in 2015. He mainly handles real estate and business valuations in various countries within APAC.
Chester Leung
Chester Leung is a registered surveyor (GP), MHKIS (The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors) and holds Estate Agent License (Estate Agent Authority). He is Director of the Innovative Property Sales & Marketing Division at CHFT with over 10 years of property sector experience. In 2016, he launched a proprietary app, OneHouse.hk, which provided matching services among owners, buyers and real estate agents.
Dr Lee Elliott
A thought-leader with more than 20 years’ experience analysing trend in Corporate Real Estate, Lee leads Knight Frank’s dedicated Global Occupier Research programme. His passion is to develop market insight and foresight that supports the growth of both occupier and landlord/investor clients; advances real estate industry thinking and solutions; and ultimately supports a stronger inter-relationship between the supply and demand-side of global property markets.
Prior to joining Knight Frank, Lee was a Regional Director at JLL where he was responsible for the conception, design and delivery of the property industry’s first ever Global Corporate Real Estate Survey.
Lee writes and presents extensively on a range of corporate real estate issues such as workplace strategy, the emergence of data and analytics to inform CRE decision-making, portfolio planning, the real estate implications of M&A activity and increasingly the rise of co-working.
Eddie Tsui
Eddie Tsui is the Senior Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, CBRE Hong Kong.
He is a veteran real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in investment and development across Hong Kong and Asia.
He has held leadership roles at Link Asset Management (Link REIT) and Phoenix Property Investors, executing transactions exceeding HK$12 billion in aggregate value. His expertise spans investment strategy, development consultancy, feasibility analysis, valuation, and transaction management across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Eddie holds a Bachelor's degree in Surveying from The University of Hong Kong and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He brings a strong investor perspective and extensive industry network to advising clients on complex real estate opportunities.
Harry Ha
Harry is the Senior Manager, Valuation & Advisory Services, CBRE Hong Kong.
He is a hospitality specialist within CBRE Hong Kong’s Valuation & Advisory Services. His expertise spans valuation, portfolio management, feasibility assessment, and strategic advisory of hotels and alternative living-sector assets, including student accommodation and co-living properties.
Harry is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer. He also serves as Co-Chair of the ULI Young Leaders Group Committee. Through his professional and industry activities, he contributes to discussions on hospitality investment, living-sector trends, urban development, and the future of real estate in Asia-Pacific.
Jacky Cheng

Jacky Cheng began his career with The Jerde Partnership in 2001. Having contributed his design efforts for years at the Los Angeles headquarters office, he has attained and cultivated a host of unique professional skills and practice to provide for the firm. Through comprehensive stages, types, and magnitudes of projects, he has experienced a diverse range of design, from Japan’s largest privately developed mixed-use project Roppongi Hills, to Hong Kong’s most significant urban redevelopment project Langham Place. Jacky was relocated to the Hong Kong office as a design manager in 2004, where he has since been responsible for facilitating design ideas, communication, and management with teams in Los Angeles and local clients. Jacky is a vital member of Jerde and an experienced professional in
the industry. His current focus is the Asia Pacific business development, execution of projects in the Region, and the operations of Singapore office.
John Howald
An accomplished leader in real estate cross-border investments and advisory, John brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and track record from over 15 years of successfully securing investment opportunities and divesting large scale assets and portfolios for global capital.
John is the Executive Director, Head of International Capital across Asia Pacific for the Capital Markets & Investment Services business at Colliers. In this role, he is responsible for growing cross border investment activity from Asia Pacific in collaboration with the global capital markets teams. He leads international client relationship development and provides real estate investment and divestment advice, including origination and completion of investment transactions with global capital sources.
Prior to Colliers, John led Jones Lang LaSalle’s International Investment team in Japan, focusing on cross-border investment and structuring advice for direct real estate transactions and equity raises. John had previously worked as a real estate, hospitality and M&A advisor for a global consultancy in Tokyo and New York, as well as at a US-based developer.
