The developer secured two titles for its refined residential living and innovative customer insight framework in Oman.

Al Mouj Muscat won Residential Development of the Year - Oman and Customer Insights Innovation of the Year - Oman in the Real Estate Asia Awards 2026. The recognition for the residential category follows the success of Azura Beach Residences III, a landmark waterfront development located in the Marsa District. As the final chapter of marina and beach living in the community, the project introduces a dual-front lifestyle that combines panoramic marina and beachfront views.

Azura Beach Residences III features a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments and a limited collection of premium beach chalets.
