Hanoi industrial park supply hits 2,000ha

In Q3 2024, Ha Noi has not added any new industrial parks, with the market currently featuring nearly 2,000 ha of industrial land across 9 industrial parks and 1 high-tech zone, according to data from Avison Young.
These parks have attracted over 700 investment projects, with 42.85% from foreign enterprises, totaling approximately 6.7 billion USD in registered capital.

In Phuc Tho District, the local government, in partnership with T&T Group, has started infrastructure development for the Nam Phuc Tho Industrial Cluster - Phase 1, covering 41.7 ha with a total investment of nearly 780 billion VND. This cluster, along with the ICD Vinh Phuc Logistics Center, is seen as a crucial link in building a green, clean business community and creating land for industrial production.
In Bac Ninh, an investment conference announced a memorandum of understanding for Samsung Display Vietnam's screen and electronic component project in Yen Phong Industrial Park, with an investment of around 1.8 billion USD. The conference also signed memorandums for 16 other projects, including Foxconn's FCPV Factory (383 million USD) and a semiconductor material plant (1.07 billion USD). Total registered investment reached 5.5 billion USD.
