Frasers Property unveils One Bangkok
Its retail component spans 160,000 sqm and will feature over 900 stores.
Frasers Property has unveiled One Bangkok, connecting the business districts of Sathorn and Silom with Rama IV Road, and features premium offices, luxury and lifestyle hotels, residential towers, retail experiences, and a year-round lineup of arts and culture activities.
The group gathered its collective expertise and experience to develop the sustainable and fully-integrated district in the core of Bangkok, according to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, Frasers Property’s group CEO.
The retail component, One Bangkok Retail, spans 160,000 sqm and will feature over 900 stores within its Retail Loop. The initial phase includes the opening of Parade and THE STOREYS on 25 October, with POST 1928 expected to launch at a later phase.
Parade, a community-focused space covering 85,000 sqm, includes Mitsukoshi Depachika, a Japanese supermarket and food hall. THE STOREYS, at 35,000 sqm, includes contemporary brands across fashion and lifestyle sectors.
POST 1928, set to cover 40,000 square meters, will bring a curated mix of high-end retail and dining, with Michelin-starred restaurants and an art experience space.
