Here are the top five residential projects with the most leasing contracts in Q3

Among the top five non-landed residential projects with the highest number of leasing contracts commencing in the Q3, Savills revealed in a report that Normanton Park rose from third place in Q2 to claim the top spot with 199 deals, while The Sail @ Marina Bay slipped one position to third place with 156 leases.

Midtown Modern, which ranked second, is a 558-unit residential project located at Tan Quee Lan Street. Leasing activity at Midtown Modern remained strong following its completion in Q1/2025. This was supported by its direct connectivity to Bugis Interchange MRT Station – serving both East-West and Downtown Lines, a growing working population in the Bugis/City Hall micromarket driven by new office developments such as Guoco Midtown, and the abundance of retail and F&B amenities in the vicinity.

Parc Riviera and Lakeville ranked fourth and fifth, recording 152 and 148 leasing contracts, respectively. Tenants at Parc Riviera are likely drawn primarily from professionals working at the adjacent International Business Park.

Lakeville, located next to the Canadian International School (Lakeside Campus), attracts leasing demand mainly from international students and their families. In addition, Lake Grande, also adjacent to Lakeville, recorded 145 leasing contracts in Q3.
