These are the upcoming condo projects in Hanoi in Q4

Over 2,500 new units are expected to enter the market.

After a period of delay to observe the market, an Avison Young report noted that the apartment supply in Q3 in Ha Noi showed significant improvement, meeting the increasing demand in the area.

Here’s more from Avison Young:

West Ha Noi remains the focal point of the market, with several new projects launched, especially in the Vinhomes Smart City urban area and surrounding areas. Some notable projects include Lumi Ha Noi - Phase 2 (CapitaLand) with 848 units and The Miami GS5 (MIK Group) with 576 units. This area has attracted significant buyer interest, with an absorption rate of nearly 90%, reflecting the appeal of the projects in this location.

Additionally, some previously halted projects have returned to the market, such as QMS Top Tower (Quang Minh QMS) with 490 units and Ha Noi Signature (Ramond Holdings) with 240 units.

Looking ahead, Ha Noi's apartment market is expected to continue its growth trajectory in Q4 2024, with several upcoming projects, including The Victoria (MIK Group) with 1,836 units and Lumi Ha Noi - Phase 3 (CapitaLand) with 697 units. This indicates investor confidence in the stable development of the market in the coming period.
