Staytion lauded at Real Estate Asia Awards 2025 for aggregating diverse workspaces

The portal has aggregated business-ready workspaces regionwide to empower corporate users with flexibility and convenience.

For creating a platform that aggregates more than 1,500 listings of diverse workspaces across nine countries into a single hub, Staytion bagged the Technology Innovation of the Year - Singapore and Flexible Workspace Initiative of the Year - Singapore prizes at the recent Real Estate Asia Awards 2025.

Starting with listings of spaces across Asia – Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, China, and Thailand – the Staytion platform now has a presence in nine countries, including new spaces in the United Arab Emirates and Japan. Over 8,000  users have utilised Staytion’s solutions to benefit from the portal’s flexible, diverse offerings, from coworking spaces to event venues, meeting rooms, hot desks, and private studios.

Through its centralised marketplace, Staytion connects B2B clients with workspace providers, enabling them to explore, book, and manage the spaces they need. The platform features real-time availability of the listings, instant booking, and a user-friendly interface, making it hassle-free for their users whether its enterprises or individuals.

The site’s interactive map, recommendations, and advanced filters all help users to easily find and book the most suitable workspaces based on their location, preferences, and past bookings. Aside from the enhanced map, the site utilises analytics to streamline B2B booking and hybrid work integration.

Companies that use the platform can benefit from their workspace solutions to help build a flexible infrastructure. Staytion’s enterprise platform offers customised solutions to support hybrid work models, allowing employees to work flexibly from anywhere. Organisations can assign workspace credits, enable multi-user access under a single account, and manage everything through a real-time enterprise dashboard. This centralised system simplifies tracking, budgeting, and space management—making it a scalable, cost-effective solution for distributed teams.

Clients can choose from three membership tiers, from Staytion Lite to Staytion Lite+ and Global Unlimited, with rates starting from SG$49 per month. Basic amenities include four premium workspace visits monthly, use of meeting rooms for 1 hour, prime MRT station locations, food & beverage perks, and access to health and wellness merchants. B2B clients, especially, can either choose to opt for the membership plans or the Enterprise Plan, which allows the organisation to offer their employees booking credits to use and work from workspaces on-demand.

Best practices in Singapore
In Singapore, Staytion operates its own coworking spaces in Paya Lebar, Marsiling, and Dhoby Ghaut. These spaces are connected to and within the MRT stations to ensure that businesses have a choice of strategically located, fully equipped workspaces. The prime location was a purposeful move on Staytion’s part to allow their B2B clients’ employees to enjoy reduced and more convenient commute times and to boost productivity.

Staytion’s workspaces have been vetted to meet the diverse needs of modern businesses and professionals. The company made sure that meeting rooms are fully equipped for professional engagements, whilst hot desks offer flexible, collaborative environments. Meanwhile, private studios were selected for their quiet, soundproof space for focussed work or virtual meetings.

All workspaces feature desks, high-speed internet, ergonomic seating, and power outlets. Some spaces offer additional services such as complimentary refreshments, printing and mailing for further convenience and productivity, and to cater to businesses of all sizes.
