Singapore ultra-luxury condo sales climb to 15-quarter high in Q2

There were 23 condo deals priced above S$10 million during the quarter.

Demand for Singapore's ultra-luxury condominium market strengthened in Q2 2026, with transactions of non-landed homes priced at S$10 million and above reaching a 15-quarter high, according to Realion (OrangeTee & ETC) Research.

Based on URA Realis caveat data, the report recorded 23 qualifying transactions during the quarter, excluding bulk deals involving multiple units. This was up from 16 transactions in Q1 2026 and 14 deals in Q2 2025.

Of the 23 transactions, six were new sales, comprising two units each at 21 Anderson and Skywaters Residences, and one unit each at 32 Gilstead and Park Nova. The remaining 17 transactions were resale deals.

Realion Research said the most expensive ultra-luxury condominium sold during the quarter was a 646 sq m unit at Nassim Park Residences, which changed hands for S$22.95 million.
