Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. wins at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2025

Empire East Land Holdings, Inc, a trailblazer in the real estate industry, emerged as the recipient of the Customer Service Innovation of the Year - Philippines accolade at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2025.

The company secured the recognition for taking customer service to the next level with its Empire East Connect—a programme designed to make home buying easier, more accessible and personal.

Launched in August 2023, the initiative is a reflection of the company’s commitment to building quality homes and, most especially, lasting relationships with its clients.

Empire East Connect brings essential services directly to the communities it serves. Held at the heart of its residential developments—such as Pioneer Woodlands, Kasara Urban Resort Residences, Cambridge Village, and Little Baguio Terraces—the programme provides hands-on support for bank loan inquiries and applications; payment consultations and restructuring; check and fee payments; document submissions and contract signings; and PAG-IBIG financing for select properties. 

These services are offered on-site, bringing convenience for busy homeowners who no longer need to travel to multiple offices or agencies.

Furthermore, Empire East Connect serves as a direct bridge between homebuyers and trusted banking institutions. By facilitating one-on-one consultations, the programme empowers residents with knowledge about housing loan options and personalised financial advice. For residents of select communities, additional guidance on PAG-IBIG financing is provided.

This also enables faster transactions with digital payment systems through partner banks.

Empire East Connect has shown impressive results, including more than 700 clients assisted and an increase in approved loans by 81% in 2024. 

Homeowners have also praised the programme for its convenience and impact. One participant even spoke about how they found the announcement of Empire East Connect arriving in their community.

“Attending the event was an eye-opening experience as we were guided through the process of securing a home loan. As someone with a busy schedule, I truly appreciate how this initiative brought banking services directly to us, making financial assistance more accessible and convenient,” they said.
