Congratulations to Chinachem Group for clinching the Cultural Heritage Conservation Initiative of the Year award at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2023!

The award recognises the Group's contribution to preserving historic architecture and intangible cultural heritage in Hong Kong through the immersive "A Date with Hing Chun Alliance" Exhibition held at Central Market. This exhibition, curated in collaboration with the Hong Kong Architecture Centre, showcased authentic local produce, engaged visitors with interactive elements, and organised workshops to foster a deeper understanding of Hakka culture, attracting over 130,000 visitors and promoting urban-rural community building.
