Real Estate Asia Awards 2023 Winner: LOGOS Metrolink Logistics Hub

LOGOS Metrolink Logistics Hub wins the Industrial Development of the Year - Indonesia award at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2023.

Its latest development, LOGOS Metrolink Logistics Hub, is a three-storey facility that caters to various users, including e-commerce players, gold store operators, and a data centre. Considered as the first multi-storey warehouse development in Indonesia, it spans a massive 275,000 square meters, making it a significant part of the community. The facility serves as a national hub for major tech companies, attracting around 15,000 people daily, and contributing to the local and national economy.
