Real Estate Asia Awards 2024 opens nominations for exceptional projects, developments

Shine a spotlight on your groundbreaking projects and initiatives that redefine excellence in Asian real estate.

In the bustling landscape of Asian real estate, where innovation is key, developers strive to redefine urban living by blending cutting-edge design, sustainable practices, and state-of-the-art technology. In creating these vibrant spaces, they not only meet the growing demands of modern living but also contribute to the ever-evolving cities across the continent.

In a bid to spotlight outstanding achievements in the sector, Real Estate Asia Magazine proudly presents the Real Estate Asia Awards 2024, celebrating those who consistently redefine industry standards.

The awards programme, renowned for honouring exceptional projects, developments, and companies, aims to acknowledge innovation and excellence whilst making a lasting impact on local communities.

The Real Estate Asia Awards serves as a prestigious platform for recognising entities that have gone above and beyond in reshaping the real estate landscape across Asia. The call for nominations is an open invitation to projects and companies that showcase an unwavering commitment to innovation, set new benchmarks in the industry, and make substantial contributions to their communities.

Amongst the past winners of the awards programme is Henderson Land Development Company Limited, which took home the Developer of the Year - Hong Kong, Residential Development of the Year - Hong Kong, and Mixed-Use Development of the Year - Hong Kong accolades at the Real Estate Asia Awards 2023.

“At Henderson Land, we do take sustainability very seriously. You can see that we always embed our sustainability strategies into our day-to-day operations so that we can combat three major risks. The first one is climate risk, the second key factor that we think about is health and well-being and [the] COVID pandemic, and the third one is how do we promote sustainable [cities and communities] in Hong Kong and China,” Johnny Yu, Chairman's Advisor at the company, said.

If your company has been a key player in transformative change in real estate, this is the opportune moment to seek the recognition your projects deserve.

Nominations officially opened on 8 November 2023, offering a window for visionaries and trailblazers to submit their projects until 15 March 2024.
