By the end of 2025, three additional properties are expected to open: two 4-star hotels and one 5-star hotel.

While international chains continue to hold significant market share, domestic operators have also strengthened their positions. Artotel Group, in particular, has pursued an aggressive post-pandemic growth strategy, completing the acquisition of Dafam, Kyriad, and Milestone Pacific Hotel Group (MHPG) by 2025. Artotel now manages at least 12 hotels across Jakarta’s three- to five-star segments.
Close behind are Ashley Hotel Group and Archipelago International, each operating a minimum of eight properties within the same star classifications.
